Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of pilot survey on opinion of Warsaw public transport passengers on the quality of urban transport services. The survey was conducted on 100 users of public transport in Warsaw and was held in April 2016. The results of the study suggest that the respondents perceive public transport in Warsaw as good, but with an indication of the possibilities to improve its quality. The test results are also compared with the Warsaw Traffic Study 2015 and other studies in this matter.
