Summary/Abstract: Cycle rituals that were practiced once, even those which are considered as remnant of former rites and which are manifested today in a symbolic way, during three key moments of human life, are of continuing interest for cultural studies, especially for those cultures, which under the influence of rapid and imposed changes, have not undergone gradual adaptation within a society between the traditional and the contemporary, thus creating space for further study. Based on this fact, in this paper there are taken into consideration the changes that are taking place among the ceremonies of rites passing in the life cycle, such as birth, marriage and death, which were made once in the Albanian tradition and celebration of these key moments in human life today. These celebrations are enriched with ceremonial elements of a new global culture, which is being absorbed and adapted in Albanian culture as a reflection of socio-cultural change in life.
