Execution of Administrative Court`s Verdicts in Croatia - Open Issues and Possibilities of solving them

Summary/Abstract: Effective enforcement of the administrative courts decisions is one of the main instruments for the exercise of the principle of binding nature of judicial decisions and thus for the realization of the rule of law as well as of the constitutional guarantee of judicial review of administrative decisions. The author analyzes deficiencies of the existing Croatian regulation in that field, offers interpretative answers to some open questions, and provides a framework for improving the mentioned regulation.
