Conceptual approach to modeling the productivity of economic systems based on the balance approaches

Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the article – to develop a conceptual approach to the complex economic and mathematical models of evaluation and productivity analysis of economic systems of the region and the country on the basis of input-output models.For the practical implementation of this approach is the technique of constructing input - output tables at the regional level under the principles of national accounting. With the lack of statistical information and the availability of different kinds of errors in forming the statistical framework proposed use of combined hypothetico-deductive approaches to the construction of complex mathematical economic input-output model of the region.Conceptual approach provides a general indicators of the economic performance of the system with regard to its level of balance and structural relationships
