Summary/Abstract: The primary differences between the network forms of the economy coordination and the coordinationwithin the market and the internal organization hierarchy are characterized in the first part ofthe review. Reserve concept of competitive superiority, and modern models of management werediscussed in the second part of the article. Next parts of the manuscript are dedicated to the analysesthe dilemmas of corporate governance institutions adjustment to the above-mentioned conditions, with particular reference to the Polish system of corporate governance.
