The financial markets in the corporate governance mechanism

Summary/Abstract: The study critically estimates the financial markets as external tools of corporate supervision. Moreover the key meaning of accountancy in the corporation management was exposed. These conclusions were based on the universal analysis of Simon, Stiglitz, Fama and Shiller scientific publications – the laureates’ of Prize in Economic Sciences in memory of Alfred Nobel.
