DETERMINANTS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF REGIONAL TOURIST ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREAS OF TOURIST RECEPTION IN POLAND

Summary/Abstract: The results identify exogenous and endogenous conditions affecting their ability to effectively functioning regional tourist organizations in the areas of tourist reception in Poland. In the course of research and comparative analyzes carried out indicate the directory parameters to assess the level of effectiveness of the operation ROT-s (including legal aspects, human resources, financial and qualitative) and classification were carried out by the organization phase of their development.
