Improving knowledge sharing processes with key employees of the company in the light of empirical research

Summary/Abstract: The author presents the results of research based on questionnaire surveys of a sample of the target of fifty companies operating in Poland. He analyzed the responses of managers representing the surveyed companies and the answers given by key employees during interviews. Moreover he pointed out to the selected activities conducive to improving the process of knowledge sharing in the proposed approach.
