Summary/Abstract: The paper presents contemporary attitude to the selected aspects of shaping the satisfaction and loyalty of cluster members. It indicates a correlation between member satisfaction and member loyalty as well as the role of these two concepts in building the image of a cluster. It emphasizes that only as long as there is ensured an adequate level of satisfaction with the functioning in a cluster, one can expect absolute member loyalty and that a member remains permanently bound with a cluster. Moreover, it characterizes potential benefits that can accrue in a cluster from effective management of satisfaction, loyalty and a cluster’s image.
