Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the strategic role of economic espionage in knowledge management of heterogenic structure of cluster. Some evidence was given that the management of cluster in turbulent conditions urges cluster manager to take the integrated, professional actions to seek, process as well transfer open and secret information. The impact of economic espionage on competitiveness of cluster and intellectual property development in organization was presented too.
