Summary/Abstract: Agricultural production is carried out using environmental resources, renewable and nonrenewable. The study attempts to assess the agricultural activities in terms of environmental protection. Drew attention to the elements that constitute a threat to the environment. Carried out in the study analysis indicates an increase in the consumption of both fertilizers and chemical means of plant protection products in Poland in 2005– 2012.
