Summary/Abstract: The article describes behaviors that determine decision-making processes of modern consumers. The main aim of this paper is to identify and evaluate the latest trends in consumption and the development of intelligent consumption. The considerations relate only to Polish consumers. In the context of the objectives of sustainable consumption analyzed the effects and significance of consumer behaviors for the economy.
