Summary/Abstract: The article is based on the results of the research, which was conducted in authorized car services. It describes the elements of Servqual method, what are the expectations and perceptions of service quality. Defined the essence of excellence and continuous monitoring the level of service quality in authorized car services. Finally presents the results of the research – the level of expectations and perceptions and service quality, separately for men and women.
