Dangerous road traffic offences. Administration of civil actions

Summary/Abstract: The civil action in the criminal suit concerning the offences listed under Article 86, paragraph 1 and/or Article 89, paragraph 1 of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2002 is admissible only when the material damages have been caused by one of those offences or by the same indivisible complex of actions which includes road offences and shall be solved according to the provisions of Article 346 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
