Summary/Abstract: Problems young people have a special place in the global assessment and projections about the community. In every one of the general population can identify a group of young people who do not accept the values and standards in the adult community. The effects of such denial may take the form of various deviations harmful not only for young people but also for other groups. This problem takes on particular dimension in adverse economic situations or crises transformation, they can emerge in every situation where there is no effective stigmatization by those of society that do not accept conduct that would violate generally accepted legal norms.
