Meters in the controlling of logistics in the company from fuel sector

Summary/Abstract: The global economic crisis, changes in the functioning of enterprises on domestic and international markets, the increase in the requirements for customer service and high crime in the fuel sector make the company look for new management tools, in order to increase profit and minimize loss. Due to the nature of its business importance, enterprises from the fuel sector play an important role in logistics and logistics control. The article presents the results of the author’s research cooperation within the company with the above sector. An original list of gauges for controlling the logistics needs of the enterprise is shown. The aim of this article is to depict controlling logistics and inventory meters prepared for anenterprise from the fuel sector in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The research issues determined the choice of methods of research, such as: a critical review of literature, analysis of the interior materials of selected enterprises and an in-depth interview.
