Indicators in research of multi-terms mayors' political position

Summary/Abstract: Since 2002 in Poland the mayors of towns there have been elected in direct elections. In 17 towns with county rights the same persons were chosen for the four times (elections of the years 2002, 2006, 2010,2014). They are so called "everlasting mayors" (multi-term mayors, incumbents). Their successes are the starting point to determine and generalize the indicators that can define their political position on the local politicalscenes.
