Developement of economic activities in protected areas

Summary/Abstract: For all the plans, programmes and projects that will develope in the comunity importance sites (and/or protected bird areas), and in their neigbourhood applies the current laws reffering at the procedure of environment evaluation for plans and programmes and the framework procedure of environment impact evaluation. In all the above situations the evaluation report on environmental impact evaluation must highlight all the species and the habitats types for whom the site was declared protected and to come with measures of dropping the impact upon these species and onserving or, if case, compensating measures.
