Summary/Abstract: Toward the accessory penalty regulation on the criminal Code adopted in 2009 it tries to clarify also the case if it’s about a new vision of this institution. For this, an analysis of the regulation is made starting from the definition and continuing with the structure of the content and manner of execution. It also appeals to historical precedent as well as an aspect of comparative law.
