Summary/Abstract: The main issue raised in this study is the one regarding the phrase "sexual intercourses", which is related to the physical element of the act of prostitution. This concept must be understood in a loosely way rather than in a narrowly one. To be more specific, we must retrospect to the concept of "sexual act of any kind" which is explained by the High Court of Cassation and Justice United Sections in Decision no. III from 23.05.2005.
