Summary/Abstract: The new Penal Code expressly stipulates the crime referring to the killing committed at the victim’s request as an attenuated form of homicide. Yet, the reintroduction of this paragraph in the new Penal Code was imperative, first of all, as a result of the regime of mitigating circumstances included in the general part of the code. The article focuses on the analysis of the legal content of the crime insisting upon the essential conditions that contribute to the existence of a crime.
