Organizational culture research method

Summary/Abstract: This article indicates the importance of organizational culture method linking and the method of triangulation in particular. The triangulation method is used to make cultural research real. It allows to reach the multilateral perspective on the subject of research, provides high quality of research and reduces measurement errors resulting from the application of only one method. The considerations and conclusions in this paper are based on literature studies, literature studies results of empirical research and the author’s own experience as an investigator of organizational culture.
