Summary/Abstract: Globalization, use of possibilities created by technologies, the need for operating under the conditions of continuous changes or, finally − generation of intellectual capital as a source of competitive advantage are some of the most important challenges to be faced by contemporary organizations. Therefore, it is necessary to implement special tools and solutions in recruitment, development and remuneration systems to affect the growth of efficiency of the organization, and not a source of conflict and loss due to the diversity of employees in terms of gender, age, religion or nationality. The article presents an attempt to identify and explore the business model of diversity management. It has been based on literature studies, legal acts and practices of companies using the concept of diversity in their business practices.
