Summary/Abstract: Local development which is based upon bio-economy regards renewable resources and knowledge. This paper proposed the conception of bio-economy based model showing the driving mechanism caused originally by proper decisions within renewable raw materials management including those ones having tourist valuables. Bio-economy based development cycle demands marketing management with territorial self-government unit.
