Summary/Abstract: Internet is a modern socializing tool, giving alternative options to meet the personality needs. This technology outlines new and unknown challenges facing the personality. Everyday new users enter for the first time on the internet but every day some of them realize that they are difficult to get rid of the negative aspects of problematic Internet use (6). We are concerned by the fact that Internet users of all ages have access to activities that are difficult to be culturally, family or legal controlled. On the other hand, the introduction of e-health in Bulgaria is a strategy requiring Internet use in the daily practice of health professionals. Our research interest is current because in the fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), for the first time appears diagnostic category disorder associated with Internet games.
