BULGARIAN STUDIES IN CROATIA – PAST AND PERSPECTIVES

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to inform the Bulgarian academia about the Bulgarian Studies in Croatia and particularly with the Bulgarian Studies program offered by the Philosophical Faculty at the University of Zagreb. The main task is to examine and describe the stages in the development of the Bulgarian lecturer’s program and the establishment of the Department of Bulgarian language and literature at the School of South Slavic studies.
