Well-tempered minorities: some features for the theory of democracy

Summary/Abstract: The present article aims to highlight the existing interethnic relations and their nature at 20 years since the breakdown of Communism, in December 1989. In Romania, as being proved by the very recent concert of Madonna and by the football game between Steaua Bucuresti and Ujpest Budapest, this sort of conflicts still stand firm. And despite all the efforts made towards putting an end to these frictions, they still hold on, being based on feelings of hate and wrath.
