Summary/Abstract: Opinions of overgeneralizing nature and controversial overtones addressing the efficiency of the African integrational process have been issued by independent researchers, global organizations and financial institutions that in the meantime have failed to perform and publicize studies on the dynamics and current state of progress of the individual integrational national congregations. Present author – defying the methodological difficulties stemming from the regular spatial overlapping, the diverse operative time span of the integrations and the deficiencies in details - has produced the extent of progress of the individual integrations projected for the duration of one year and additionally managed to derive the discrepancies cropping up in 2010. This all has allowed to define the sequence of individual integrations. Correlation calculations have demonstrated that – despite what could be assumed – the base GDP has no strong influence on every provisional indicator as the efficiency differences between sectoral policies together with other spatial factors deliver a more tangible impact in many cases. Due to the anachronistic shortage of internal developmental resources the future state of Africa is heavily dependent on the perspectives of reliance on external resources. Presently the recipients of the subsidies are much more the individual countries than the regional integrations. The elimination of this disproportion presumes not only a new approach but also the moderation of interests.
