Summary/Abstract: The informational system has an essential role in approaching the relationship between the university and the end-user of the information. Student satisfaction as an end-user is a component part that is worth addressed and analyzed, and for this reason, the research has designed and developed a new methodology of investigation. The investigative tools designed within the new methodology are questionnaires regarding problems and categories of respondents and the focus group protocol. The aspects pursued in the designing of the tools for the developed methodology are: A. The informational satisfaction level of the end-user, in the student - university relationship. B. The level of performance of the informational services offered by the university. C. Strengths and weaknesses of existing informational system. D. Opportunities of improving the existing informational system. E. It is intended for this methodology to become in time an essential tool which will help the university to gain more than a feedback from students, and to be able to improve the management plan, and to be able to improve the quality of services offered to students.
