CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY

Summary/Abstract: The systematic analysis of the enterprise and in particular their management system reveals many important functions, which the organizational structure have, as a principal organizational subsystem. The literature review of organizational structure has been approached differently by many authors. In this paper we make known a new methodological approach to the organizational structure analysis taking into account the structure elements and the organization particularities of which organizational structure is analyzed. As principal objective is highlighted: - Creating a methodological model of organizational structure analysis composed of correlative analysis submodele on conceptual and construction aspects of organizational structures.
