Summary/Abstract: Knowledge about the subordinates is a component of educational action and the management of the activities in an organization. Knowing subordinates is also an open process capable to accumulate in every moment of his, it is one of continuous work manager. Knowledge of subordinates' work is a process that must take place smoothly and continuously without concluding that a man can be fully aware of his personality. The fact that some of the time they work without being "supervised" can not be a reason for interruption of knowledge.
