Summary/Abstract: The knowledge of subordinates is a component of the educational action and the management of the activities in an organization. Knowing subordinates is also an open process capable to continuously develop. Knowing the subordinates is a process that must take place smoothly and continuously without concluding that a man can be fully aware of his personality. The fact that some of the time they work without being „supervised” can not be a reason for the interruption of the knowing process.
