Summary/Abstract: A text on two premieres at the Dramatyczny Theatre in Wałbrzych, realised as part of the !zapooomnij? season: Piotr Głowacki’s Good News (prem: 1 III 2013) and Ewelina Marciniak’s Heroes (prem: 8 III 2013). Bryś describes both plays, arguing that Good News, whichengages with biblical motifs, was “despite its sometimes surprising form, a vague performance”, while Heroes’ employment of stereotypical male and female characters was “surely an unintended yet at times extreme parody of feminist discourses”.
