Summary/Abstract: This paper is conception of two parts. The first part, theoretical, aims to give an integrative definition on myth; the second will make efforts to exemplify the flow of defining through analyzes of mythical content of a literary text An integrative definition on myth presupposes discovering, if it is possible, of an incorporative dominant between mythical categories at the first view typologically different. In regard are ethno-religious myths, literary myths, historical myths, political myths etc. An inte-grative definition on myth presupposes secondly establishment, if it is possible, of a reductive hierarchy between characteristics coming out of alternative definitions.
