Summary/Abstract: The “Food Analysis” master study program is the first program of the second cycle at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences developed within the industry-student-education triangle. The program curriculum has been developed so to meet the needs of the food industry and to match students’ capabilities. Three Austrian universities are partners of this program. The master program is supported by the Austrian Development Agency and the WUS Office in Sarajevo. In order to assure quality and the sustainability of the program the following activities have been planned: Program evaluation Course evaluation Student evaluation.
