Summary/Abstract: In this study I will try to identify whether the representatives of the female gender continue to describe / perceive the political field in male terms. Continuity on gender roles appears as an enigmatic phenomenon, rich in theoretical implications. An essential aspect of gender stereotyping is that man learns to associate different personal attributes such as personality traits, roles and professions, being a woman or man. Beyond these characteristics, affiliated to the genus by their definition (e.g. being a mother or a father) I emphasize the idea that the correlations are not in close relation with the genre, but they present themselves as probabilistic expressions. In a specific way, there is a very small probability that one speaks of a politician who is a woman and this happens because of the automatic identification of instrumental traits (aggressiveness, competition, courage, power, etc.), inherent in a politician’s speech, as belonging to a man.
