Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was to verify the extent to which local governments have introduced and implemented the tools of customer satisfaction assessment. The main source of information for the subject were the self assessment reports prepared according to the CAF method. The research included 23 organizations. It found out that the local governments insufficiently implemented and used customer satisfaction assessment solutions. They rarely do any research into this area or it is performed improperly. Moreover, the offices that make such studies do not use their outcomes properly.
