Human resources management in ISO 9001

Summary/Abstract: The article reviews subsequent revisions of ISO 9001 standard starting from 1987. Its objective is to define the coverage of the issues of the staff management in the requirements for a management system. It also identifies people and groups who were given specific requirements in ISO 9001 standard. As a result it has been proved that ISO 9001 does not cover the issues directly linked to human resources management at a satisfactory level.
