Evolution of organizational routines as foundation for organizational improvement

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to identify procedures as tools for their preservation and improvement of the organization. To achieve this objective, the role of operational routines in the current business activity is identified. Furthermore, the impact of corporate learning on the change in operating routines is discussed. The exemplification of procedures related to the new products sale revealed the pattern of repetitive behaviour of companies in response to certain stimuli.
