Summary/Abstract: "Kanuni i Lekë Dukagjinit/The Code of Lekë Dukagjini", "The Code of Dibra", "The Code of Skanderbegut", "The Code of Arbnia", "Venoms of Labëria", "Venoms e Suli", "Venoms of Himara" etc., has drawn attention of explorers, Albanian and foreign, since the beginning of nineteenth and twentieth century. With Albanian Code were engaged also scholars, but without doing fieldwork. Non-explorer foreign scientists in Albanian mountains, were mostly engaged with that part of folk law of this nation called "The Code of Lekë Dukagjini/Kanuni i Lekë Dukagjinit", thus with a part of the whole, about which was written earlier as well. Regarding the code translations in most popular languages in international communication in Europe, United States and further were made. One of these foreign scholars who made Code of Lekë Dukagjini a study object recently is Japanese scholar Kazuhiko Jamamoto.
