Summary/Abstract: Restructuring of enterprises, including those which relate to human resources, is a necessity in the face of a difficult situation existing in the current business world. The realization of this process requires from employers using a variety of tools which offer some opportunities to reduce the negative consequences of personnel changes. One of such tools can be coaching. The purpose of this article is to indicate the types of coaching which can be a tool for the restructuring of employment in an organization.
