Possibilities of coopetition in companies with different organizational structures

Summary/Abstract: The article draws attention to the fact that the formation of employee engagement favors joining competition and cooperation (coopetition). Taking into account the factors influencing these processes, it is considered that they may be implemented in companies that have different organizational structures. The article presents the recognition of competition and cooperation, conditions of their implementation and the possibility of the simultaneous use in an enterprise. It shows the analysis of selected organizational structures of the prospects of interpersonal relations and thus the occurrence of coopetition.
