Everyone enjoys the right of education 2. Compulsory education is determined by law 3. Public high education is accessible to all. 4. Vocational and University education might be conditioned only by credits' criteria. 5. Compulsory and general high school education in public schools is free. 6. Schoolchildren and students can be educated even in private schools of all levels set up and operating pursuant to law. 7. Autonomy of higher educational institutions and academic freedom is guaranteed by law.
