Summary/Abstract: Although at first sight, an exploration of the Christian bio-ethics at the beginning of the 21st century might be seen by the sceptical as an anacronic approach, the baffling of many moral practices as well as the fragmented character of the cultural framework in which these develop, generate different forms for a concrete moral guidance and a deep dazzling when it can not be found. A particular Christian culture could retain this way the feeling that the surrogate maternity or cloning are improper reproduction ways, while this culture does not possess anymore an understanding of the reason for which these practices are wrong. The recognition of the mystical aspect becomes crucial since it sends us to the experience of the divine energies that transform both the body and the soul.
