Summary/Abstract: This article contains an overview of the situation of Polish minority in Lithuania. The article depicts socio-economic and demographic background, as well as overviews Polish organizations and institutions. Thereafter the allegations regarding discrimination against Poles brought up by Polish minority are discussed (an infringement of rights concerning restitution of land, education and the use of Polish language).
