Summary/Abstract: The applicable legal provisions shall not oblige the employer to issue any decision of reintegration in case of termination of the measure of suspension of the individual employment agreement, adopted under art. 52 para. (1) letter b) of the Labour Code. If the employer understood to issue such a decision, in spite of the fact that it had no legal obligation, no formal or substantive conditions shall be applied to the respective decision, by reference to the legal provisions regulating other legal situations to which certain express regulations apply.
