Summary/Abstract: This study examines the adoption of artificial intelligence in the hotel industry through the lens of organizational readiness. The relevance of the topic stems from the need to align technological adoption with service-oriented operational principles. The research focuses on identifying the key determinants that shape the effective integration of AI into organizational processes. The objective is to develop a conceptual framework explaining how organizational factors influence the form and depth of technology application. The study argues that successful implementation depends on the coherence between managerial practices, human capabilities, and organizational culture. As a result, a conceptual model and typological framework are proposed, offering an integrated interpretation of the process.
