Short Description
The Journal of Tourism, Policy and Business (ISSN 3033-0971) is a open-access academic journal published in Bulgarian and English by the Department " Economics of tourism" at University of National and World Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria. The Journal will be published in 1 issue per year and offers a forum for the publication of scientific articles, research papers, book reviews, and other forms of academic work related to the complex and multifaceted issues of tourism, public policy and business. Authors at various stages of their academic career are invited to contribute to the journal with their research and expertise. JTPB is a multi-disciplinary journal, with broad thematic scope. The Journal invites unpublished manuscripts in areas such as:
Current global and international issues, trends and developments
Globalization and regionalization
World economy and international economic relations
International business
Current challenges in international tourism
Foreign policy and foreign economic relations of Bulgaria and other countries
The Journal invites articles that address theoretical or methodological issues, as well as research with empirical contributions in the respective areas.
The Journal follows a double-blind review process with at least two anonymous reviewers per submission. All texts published in the Journal of Tourism, Policy and Business (JTPB) are checked with PlagScan
The Journal is targeting a wide-ranging profile of readers encompassing members of academia, students, policymakers, practitioners, and business representatives from national, European and international entities and governing bodies, as well as the larger interested audience.
The Journal of Tourism, Policy and Business is an open-access journal. All content is available for immediate access, downloading, copying and distribution.
