Summary/Abstract: Continuous crime is a form of natural crime unity, characterized by the natural prolongation of the criminal action or inaction over time, after its consummation, until the intervention of a contrary force. This means that the criminal state continues to occur after the initial moment of commission, maintaining the identity of the act, until exhaustion.
