Short Description
The journal Annals of the “Constantin Brâncuşi” University of Târgu Jiu - Juridical Sciences Series is managed by the Department of Juridical Sciences and Judicial Career of the Faculty of Sciences of Education, Law and Public Administration from “Constantin Brâncuşi” University of Tg-Jiu and is being published at Academica Brâncuși Publishing House from Tg-Jiu.
The journal hosts materials from the field of legal sciences, especially articles, studies, comments on new normative acts, comments on judicial practice, reviews, etc.
The journal promotes materials signed by authors from Romania and abroad, theorists and legal practitioners, teachers from the legal university environment or scientific researchers. At the same time, the journal is open to doctoral students, master students and students of higher education institutions with a legal profile from Romania and abroad.
In order to contribute to the progress of the science of law, the journal publishes the most valuable results of scientific research that are characterized by originality and novelty elements in relation to the current state of knowledge in the legal field.
